Hawkeye Fiber Optics is a telecommunications contractor based out of Poland, Maine, serving parts of New England. Ryan Hawkes started the company in October 2015 with one employee and a single bucket truck. In less than 10 years, Hawkeye has grown to about 40 employees and has added over 20 additional vehicles to the fleet.

Hawkeye Fiber Optics was created from the necessity of the telecommunications world moving rapidly towards fiber optics. Ryan knew that this part of the country, especially rural Maine, needed a reliable, hard-working, and fiber-based construction contractor. Today, Hawkeye serves clients from all over New England.. From locally owned internet service providers to municipalities and national corporations, no client or project is too big or too small.
